Pastor Bob Eshleman has been in the ministry for 12 years. He graduated from Bob Jones University in 1995 with a BA in Pastoral Studies. He was ordained February 1995 at Hampton Park Baptist Church, Greenville, SC., under Dr. David Yearick’s ministry. 

His wife Kathi has homeschooled all three of their children. She is the church secretary and also works at the Galesburg Library. Their oldest son, Adam, graduated from BJU, is married and is a guidance counselor and high school Bible teacher of a Christian school. He is also an Assistant Pastor at his church. Their daughter, Megan, is a graduate student at BJU and will be receiving her master's degree in May 2008. She is a book designer for BJU Press. Their youngest son, Zach, is a freshman at BJU.

He has claimed Psalm 18:1-3 as his life’s verse: I will love thee, O LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. His prayer is that the Lord will use them to help people see that God needs to be supreme in their lives.
